  • Paper Preparation
    Authors are asked to submit a 1-page paper (maximum 2-page) in A4 size in English on pdf.. Microsoft WORD users may wish to download this WORD template.
    All papers submitted to JCK MEMS/NEMS 2024 will be presented in oral sessions or poster session.

  • Paper Submission Procedure
    Attendees who submit papers please register before July 31th, 2024. The conference secretariat will confirm with the corresponding author once the submission is received. This submission step is to gather the basic presentation information and generate the conference schedule.
    Please send your final paper in format to through this website by July 31th, 2024.
  • Poster Presentation
    The poster size must be less than W900mm x H1800mm.
  • Notification of Paper Review Result
    All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee according to standard review procedures.
    The confirmation of type of presentation (Oral or Poster) you will be sent by August 18th, 2024.
    Please note that notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author and presenter only.
    If you have not received the notification, please send an email to the secretariat (jck2024@scu.edu.cn) with your abstract information.
